About Twin Loups Beef
Our History
Ted Soukup and Trevor Haake have been feeding cattle for a combined total of over 40 years. We recently went into business together in buying a locker plant in 2021. We stress the importance of beef quality and we also get to see our finished product all the way through the process. We are allowed the opportunity to see the fruits of our labor when we get to see our steaks being cut in the processing room.
Our Team
Together, Ted and Trevor have the experience to create the best beef available on the market today. They have over 40 years in the cattle feeding business and also 15 combined years in the meat processing business. They have learned what it takes to make the most flavorful beef on the market and aim to do that with every animal they produce.
